Using Multiple Forwarding Email Addresses
Our Pro, Founder, and Lifetime plans unlock the ability to forward emails from a single alias to multiple verified email addresses. This gives you greater flexibility in managing your communications.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature is exclusively available to users on our paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Founder, and Lifetime). Free plan users can only forward aliases to their primary registered email address.
Adding a New Forwarding Email
- Go to your Account Settings page.
- Find the "Forwarding Email Addresses" section.
- Click the "Add Email" button (this will only be visible if you are on a paid plan).
- Enter the email address you wish to add and click "Submit".
- We will send a verification email to the address you provided.
Verifying Your Email
- Check the inbox of the email address you just added.
- Look for an email with the subject "Verify your SecureAlias Forwarding Email".
- Click the verification link inside the email.
- You'll be taken to a confirmation page. Once verified, the email will appear as "Verified" in your Account Settings and become available for use with aliases.
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. You can also click "Resend Verification" in your Account Settings. Verification links expire after a certain period.
Using Multiple Emails with Aliases
Once you have verified additional forwarding email addresses:
- When creating a new alias on the Dashboard, you will see a list of your verified forwarding emails.
- Select one or more email addresses you want the alias to forward to.
- When editing an existing alias, you can also change or update the selected forwarding emails.
- Incoming emails sent to that alias will then be delivered to *all* selected forwarding addresses.
Removing a Forwarding Email
You can remove any non-primary forwarding email address from your Account Settings. Removing an email will automatically stop it from being used in any aliases it was previously assigned to.
